Shipping Destinations

HirvaGems ships domestically within India and internationally to selected countries.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Custom-made or personalized jewelry may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Estimated Delivery Time

India:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

International:

  • Standard International Shipping: 15–30 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and courier delays

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

  • Charges may vary based on destination, weight, and courier service

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes

  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees

  • The customer is solely responsible for paying these charges

Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier and destination country

Delivery Issues

HirvaGems is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs or courier services

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability of the recipient

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked as delivered by the courier, HirvaGems is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier directly for assistance.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and certificate (if any)

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration

  • The return request is made after 7 days

  • The product is custom-made, engraved, resized, or personalized

  • The item is purchased during sale/clearance (unless damaged or defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Return Process

  1. Email us at hirvagems@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Product images

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

  3. Ship the product back securely

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days (may vary by bank/payment provider)

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Any return shipping or customs charges must be borne by the customer
