Production Overview & Standards

All designs follow standard jewellery manufacturing protocols as detailed in the CAD sheets:

Measurements: Dimensions such as vertical height and thickness represent post-production measurements.

CAD Scaling: To compensate for metal loss during polishing and finishing, the CAD models are built with an additional +0.2 to 0.30 mm allowance.

Quantity Scope: All weight estimates and stone counts are provided for one single piece (details for one).

Diamond Setting & Material Details

Design #357 (Fancy Multi-Shape Setting)

This specialized design utilizes a combination of four distinct diamond cuts:

Marquise: 6 stones (3.00 x 1.50 mm)

Princess: 6 stones (2.00 x 2.00 mm)

Pear: 8 stones (3.00 x 2.00 mm)

Emerald: 6 stones (3.00 x 2.00 mm)

Design #30 (U-CUT Setting)

This design features a specialized "U-CUT" setting, a type of pavé where the stones are set in U-shaped grooves to minimise visible metal and maximize brilliance.

Setting Type: U-CUT

Stone Specifications: 14 Round diamonds, 2.30 mm size

Design #368 (Micro Pavé)

This high-density design utilises a micro pavé technique, setting extremely small diamonds very close together to create a continuous shimmering surface.

Stone Specifications: 76 Round diamonds, 1.00 mm size
